Lukasz Butruk

CEO

In 1991 he established Nepentes - a pharmaceutical company. He led the company until 2010 when Nepentes was acquired by Sanofi Aventis.

Over these years under his leadership the company has built 3 factories and launched over 200 consumer healthcare products in 18 countries of Central and Eastern Europe - Poland, Russia and Romania being Company’s most important markets. In 2007 he listed the Company on the Stock Exchange in Warsaw. Running publicly quoted company added to his business experience. As a founder and consequently CEO of the company he has been involved in great detail in all aspects of the Company activity from product development, production, marketing, sales and finance.

After selling Nepentes he advised Sanofi Aventis for 2 years (2010-2012) on the business integration process.

From 2013 till 2017 he has been advising Klosterfrau (leading German consumer pharma company) in their expansion in Central and Eastern Europe.

From 2012 as a CEO of Imaginarius he has been overseeing Imaginarius investments in targeted markets.
